- Modify the FAR to encourage deconstruction rather than demolition.
- Individual Agency/Department procurement requirements are being written to allow, if not to foster, recycling.
- Acquisition incentives are being created to foster reuse/recycling.
- A network of Federal Purchasers and policy developers is beginning to exist already. many experts are known within individual organizations
